Logging On and Off a PC
CFANS lab computers may be programmed to run updates and
shut themselves down each night; if you sit down at a machine that is
off, press the power button in the center of the CPU to turn on the
computer.
CFANS lab computers require
the use of your Internet ID and password to log in. If you need help
activating your Active Directory account or have questions about
logging into the lab computers, please refer to How to Activate Your Active Directory Account. It is important that you remember to log off the computer when you are
finished using it to keep other students from accessing your account and files.
