CFANS OIT and University of Minnesota Central OIT recommend using the Thunderbird e-mail program for Windows and Mac users. You can also view your mail online through GopherMail.
U of M e-mail configuration guides are available to assist you in setting up your e-mail client. You can also contact your CFANS OIT staff for assistance at cfans.help@umn.edu.
Forwarding and autoreply
E-mail forwarding redirects your University e-mail automatically to an e-mail address of your choice.
E-mail autoreply will send out a message you create to anyone who e-mails you while you are away.
