Procedure Subscribing to an RSS Feed
- Launch Firefox
- Go to the site http://blog.lib.umn.edu/cfans/oit
- Look for the Subscribe to RSS Feeds section in the upper right corner with the RSS icon
- Click on one of the RSS Feed links to subscribe to the main feed or one of the individual feeds
- Choose Live Bookmarks and click on Subscribe Now
- Set a descriptive name for the bookmark
- Choose a folder in your Bookmarks to store the shortcut to the feed and click Add
Note: Adding the feed to the Bookmarks Toolbar will add a button to quickly access RSS Feeds from the toolbar instead of having to go through the Bookmarks menu.
