CFANS standard software

CFANS OIT staff work to collect and maintain a package of software for new computers that provides all the tools needed for a user to begin working immediately, both efficiently and securely. We will install specialized software for you, as well, but this collection is the baseline group of programs that everyone receives. It includes the Microsoft Office suite, Acrobat Reader, a PDF generator, and of course Symantec Antivirus, among others. The CFANS standard software is evaluated and updated each month.
